NOTE: There were 5 students absent, who need to make up an in-class activity.  Please plan to stay about 10 minutes after class to do this because the homework is based on this.

Write up the results of your Meyers-Briggs test and answer the questions on the class hand-out.
We are going to start Chapter 16 on Conjunctions and Parallel structures. Read Pages 352-353 and do exercises 1,2,3, and 4

Review Charts 13-5 and 13-6 and do exercises 24, 25,26, and 27.  Chapter 13.

Read about Punctuating Adjective clauses Chart 13-8 Page 285.

ATTENTION -Two Part Midterm

Part of the midterm will be this Wednesday, March 20 - this is a writing section , which you can't really study for, but be sure to attend class.

The rest of the grammar midterm will be Friday, March 22.  This will include Question Formation, All Tenses,  Direct/Indirect speech, and ADJECTIVE CLAUSES.

Think of examples to expand your ideas.
